Ron’s corner.
Above this space, you will find our Vision and Mission Statement. Do you strive to put these things into practice in your daily lives? They are nice words, but unless we live them, that’s all they are. And we are called to pursue these standards with our best efforts. We are to demand excellence from ourselves, and allow our brothers to hold us accountable. We did agree to these, and now, we need to make them the basis for our ministry here and in the world. My brothers, I pray you print a copy of these, post it somewhere conspicuous so you are reminded regularly what we are about as the Men of Jefferson United Methodists Church. But, more importantly, we need to be reminded what we are to be about in our following of the One who created us, who died to save us, and who holds us in the palm of His Hand. LUDI Class Schedule –
We meet each Sunday morning at 9:50 a.m. in the Couch Room (off Wesley Hall – the gym)
The following are the topics we’ll cover over the next couple of months:
April 25 – Study May 2 & 9 – Simplicity
May 16 – Field Trip – Gospel Brunch – House of Blues May 23 & 30 – Solitude
After that, we’ll break for summer and resume this study in September.

Breakfast @ MUGS every Saturday @ 7:00. Come for good food, good fun, and great fellowship.

Calendar of Events and Opportunities for Service
- May 30 - Field Trip to the House of Blues in Cleveland for the Gospel Brunch. Tickets are $33 per person. Please let Ron know by April 25 and he'll get tickets. He'll need the money by then, too. Let's go have a great time at this. We’ll leave at 9 a.m.

- Every Sunday – LUDI – Men’s class. We are studying spiritual disciplines. Meet in the couch room off Wesley hall (the gym). We start @ 10:50

- Every Sunday – WOW2 @ Harrassments – Alternative worship service. Pastor Josh preaches, and they have a great band. Try to go see what it’s all about. Now serving a hot breakfast @ 10:45.

MEN OF INTEGRITY DEVOTIONAL –
Hey, guys! We are going to continue using the Men of Integrity devotional throughout 2010. We do need a little financial help. Each issue (we receive 20 copies) costs approximately 25 dollars. If you’d like to support this, please drop a check to the office, or give whatever you’d like to Ron Cramer, and he’ll make sure it gets deposited in our account. Make sure to put Men of Integrity on the memo line on any check. Thanks for allowing us to keep this coming to us.
